Land Remediation

Land Remediation tax relief

Land Remediation tax relief is a generous incentive that provides up to 150% of tax relief for expenditure incurred in remediating contaminated land. In certain situations, a tax credit (payment from the Exchequer), of 16% of the qualifying cost may be claimable.

The tax relief is available for UK companies which own, invest or develop UK land and property.

We work with our clients’ design teams to ensure that all qualifying expenditure is fully and correctly identified, quantified, documented and claimed.
