Yewell was engaged to undertake a full capital allowances advisory service on this large and complex building project. We provided capital allowances input to the design; we provided preliminaries clauses for the tender and contract documentation; we advised on the capital allowances implications of the landlord contributions to elements of the works.
We also undertook the full capital allowances analysis; we reconciled the claims to the fixed assets for each financial year; and we escorted the Inspector of Taxes on a visit to the site which pre-empted any necessary subsequent enquiry.
