The Provision of a Capital Allowances Guidance Manual to Assist the Client’s Project Teams to Undertake Capital Allowances Analyses on the Annual Refurbishment and Fitting out Projects to a Multitude of Retail Units
Yewell was engaged to produce a capital allowances guidance manual for the client’s in-house and external project teams. Our involvement included liaison with all relevant stakeholders to establish the full application of the guidance manual; a review of “typical” categories of project; the provision of guidance specific to the project bands; the roll out of the manual.
We also delivered the provision of workshops for the end users; the review of the manuals output and comparison with control samples of projects; and the necessary amendments to the documentation following implementation and feedback.
