Yewell was engaged from project inception to handle all relevant capital allowances issues. We provided input to the feasibility reports of three prospective locations; we assisted in the negotiation and agreement of the landlord inducement package and the allocation of the available capital allowances; we advised on the tax efficient fit-out design and component selection.
We also undertook the full capital allowances analysis and annual accounts reconciliation; we provided the landlord with the relevant capital allowances information to support its contribution claim; we accompanied the client Inspector of Taxes on a site visit; and we will undertake any necessary negotiation and agreement of the capital allowances claim.
