Patrick initially trained and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the leading construction consultancy, Cyril Sweett. He moved into property tax and became tax-qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked alongside Chris before returning to Cyril Sweett where he was the Director heading up their Capital Allowances Team.
Patrick's experience includes the all aspects to capital allowances consultancy services to a wide range of UK and Irish clients with property interests including property acquisitions and disposals, new build, refurbishment and fitting out projects particularly in relation to office buildings and associated fitting-out works, mixed use retail-led schemes, retail fit-out, hotels, sports stadia, transportation and industrial buildings.
Patrick is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and is an Affiliate Member of the British Council of Shopping Centres
